1. Service

BharatAMZTools provides shared (“group buy”) access to third-party software tools for the duration you buy (1, 3 or 6 months). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the makers of these tools. All trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Access and use

Access is for one person only. Do not share, resell, change passwords or account settings, or misuse the tools. Breaking these rules can lead to access being removed without a refund.

3. Availability

Because tools are run by third parties, features, limits or availability can change without notice. Some account-level features may not be available on shared access.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Plans are one-time payments and do not auto-renew.

5. Guarantee and refunds

See our Refund Policy for the 72-hour working guarantee.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.

7. Contact

Questions: our support email support@bharatamztools.com.

8. Changes to these terms and conditions

We may update these terms and conditions when our service changes. The latest version is always on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
