72-hour working guarantee

If your access does not work within 72 hours of delivery and our team cannot fix it, we will replace it or give you a full refund.

When refunds apply

Access was never delivered.
Access stopped working and we could not restore it within 72 hours of your report. In this case a pro-rata refund is given for the unused period.

When refunds do not apply

You changed your mind after access was delivered and working.
Access was removed because of misuse or sharing.
Small feature limits that come with shared access.

How to ask for a refund

Email our support email support@bharatamztools.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refund policy examples

You bought a 3 month plan and access stopped in month two. We could not restore it in 72 hours, so you get a refund for the unused weeks.
You paid but access was never sent. You get a full refund.
You decided you no longer need the tool after it was delivered and working. This is not covered by the refund policy.

Payment reversals

Refunds are sent back to the UPI ID you paid from. Please do not raise a chargeback before contacting us; we resolve most issues within a day.

Once a refund is approved under this refund policy, the money is sent back within 5 to 7 working days. Most UPI refunds arrive sooner. We share the refund reference so you can check it with your bank.

Refund policy for packages

For packages, the refund policy applies tool by tool. If one tool in a package stops working and we cannot restore it, we refund a fair share of the package price for that tool, or replace it with a similar tool if you prefer.
